The location was indeed central to many attractions i planned to visit. I found this acceptable.

The absence of a reception desk was a significant drawback, i had to rely solely on text messages for communication. This felt impersonal. the room showed signs of wear, specifically some mold present in the bathroom, it needed attention.

the accommodation is very close to the main attractions. missori metro stop is also very close for easy transport. i found good suggestions for local dinners nearby. arranging a private car to the airport was simple.

clean towels and coffee should be provided daily. it would be more convenient . this small addition could greatly improve the experience.

Sonny, the manager, was excellent. He was informative about the area. He explained how to reach the city center. The city center was within walking distance and very close to the tram. The room was very clean. It was also spacious with a King size bed. The bathroom was a good size. It featured a nice size walk in shower.

I booked a 25-square-meter room for three nights. Upon arrival, the room was smaller. The refrigerator was not working. It was not repaired .

The apartment's location was unbeatable. It was super easy to access local attractions. Check-in was simple. I appreciated the proximity to key sites (especially the Duomo).

The lift was a bit slow at peak times.

There are several dining options just around the corner. A nearby café opens early and provides a decent breakfast. A traditional Italian restaurant is only a short walk away and serves fantastic pasta dishes, with a broad selection available.
